On May 18, 2021, at the invitation of Guangdong Foshan high tech Zone, the company established Xi'an new material team, supported by high carbon-based new friction materials and application technology, committed to the research and industrialization of cutting-edge new materials, and plans to invest in a new South China industrial base in Foshan. With the support of a series of support and encouragement policies of Foshan government, it is planned to invest more than 30 million yuan in the first phase in 2022 to establish an automatic production line with an annual output of 1.5 million sets of brake pads; From 2023 to 2030, a total of 2 billion yuan will be invested in batches to build a South China industrial base with 20 full-automatic large-scale production lines, reaching an annual production capacity of 30 million sets of automobile brake pads.
